The short answer is—there is no single style I edit in. Based on your brand style and aesthetic, I will adjust my editing style so that your photos are cohesive with your overall brand essence. No worries! I can help! Part of your branding photography experience includes helping you brainstorm wardrobe ideas and providing feedback on wardrobe items you have or are considering. I will be there every step of the way!
Where do your personal branding photography sessions take place?
We will discuss the possibilities for this during your planning call, but know that I am open to so many ideas for locations! If you have an office or work from home, we can shoot there. If you’d like to go to your favorite cafe, out in nature, on the Las Vegas The Strip, or at a hotel room or Air B&B that matches your aesthetic, we can plan for that as well. There are also a number of studios we can look into while considering all your options.
When will I receive my personal branding photography gallery?
I aim for 1-2 weeks to deliver your gallery. Keep in mind that if we are also working together to a create a brand and website, I may continue to adjust your edits so that they come together in harmony with your blossoming brand identity. In this case, I will send you a final fully brand-edited gallery right before the official pre-launch of your website.
How does the personal branding photography process work?
1. Connect
To get started, submit the branding photography contact form. Based on your form responses, I provide suggestions and work with you to decide which package option is best for you. We get your contract and deposit squared away, and get your official photo shoot date in the books!
2. Discover
This is when the fun part starts! We work 1-on-1 together to craft the perfect plan and strategy for you and your small business. I get to know you through a branding questionnaire and Discovery call, and I dig deep to pinpoint your brand personality and essence, unique goals, and vision.
3. Plan & Prep
I take everything I learned about you and your small business, and we work together to plan your session. We brainstorm using Pinterest, and I craft a custom, strategic shot list. I provide assistance with wardrobe, hair & makeup, props, location selection, and whatever you need support with!
4. Photo Shoot Day
On the day of your photo shoot, my goal is to not only make the day as seamless and productive as possible, but I also want you to feel comfortable and to have fun! Your job isn’t to stress about posing and looking good; leave that to the hair & makeup artist and the photographer! You can just relax!
5. Custom Edits
Every brand has a unique personality and essence. Based on everything I know about your brand aesthetic, I will create a custom edit to match that look and feel. Whether your look is “moody and deep” or “bright and cheery”, I make sure to capture that essence through the way I edit your images.
6. Delivery
After 1-2 weeks, your photos are finally delivered! 🙌🏽 You get your photos in a private online gallery and can download them right away. You have commercial rights to all your images, and so long as you don’t grant ownership or sell them to other businesses, you are free to use them however you’d like!
