In late 2022, had a realization that changed everything.

As someone who had always wanted to “do it all” just because I could, I kept coming back to this simple idea: we should be spending our time doing what we’re best at and what we love most.

That’s when it clicked. Ever since childhood, I found my happy place in all things web design and visual storytelling—the technical problem-solving, the design challenges, the satisfaction of bringing a meaningful vision to life online or capturing feelings and ideas through imagery. All of this truly lit me up—and still does. But here’s what I realized: for so many small business owners I’ve met, creating a website feels like just another overwhelming task. One more thing on an already full plate.

With my skills, knowledge and experience in one hand and a genuine love for supporting other small businesses in the other, this realization brought it all home for me.

Desert Rose Design & Photo Co. was born from a simple idea:
